Community-Based Support for Children in Rwanda
Our Focus of Work
Self-Help Groups

Within self-help groups, caregivers — particularly women — organize themselves to save money, support each other and create small income-generating activities. This collective strength helps families secure basic needs and enables children to attend school, receive care and grow up in stable surroundings.
Child Protection

Our child protection work in Rwanda ensures that children and young people grow up in dignity and in peaceful communities. Through a wide range of child-rights-based initiatives, our partners protect children from violence and exploitation while ensuring access to education and essential health services.
Education & Training

Our education projects in Rwanda focus on strengthening the rights of marginalized children, with special emphasis on early childhood education. Community-based training provides children and adolescents with life skills, rights awareness, and vocational guidance.
